You can cancel your test up to five weeks before your scheduled test date. There is an administrative fee of 30 euros for this. If you want to cancel your test within five weeks of the week, you will lose the entire fee.

All original hard copies of the results are posted to your address. If you would like to change your postal address please contact: ielts@dcu.ie. There is no charge for this service.

If you lose your original results, you can request for another copy. There is a charge of 30 euros for replacements.

Yes. You can appeal against your results by applying for EOR (Enquiry On Results). You can apply for this via your test taker portal.

There is a fee of 120 euros regardless of the number of sections you wish to get remarked for. All materials are sent to the British Council for remarking. If your score changes you will be refunded fully. If your score does not improve, your refund will be retained.
